01Does health insurance cover recurring transport?
For dialysis, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, health insurers generally cover the transport costs — however, prior approval is required. You will need a transport prescription (Muster 4) from your doctor. We are happy to assist you with the application.
02Do I need a new transport prescription for every ride?
No. For regular treatments, a series prescription that covers multiple rides over an extended period is usually sufficient. Discuss this with your doctor’s office — we are happy to explain the details by phone.
03Can I change or reschedule appointments?
Of course. A quick call to our dispatch team on 0800-90 200 80 (24/7) is all it takes. We will adjust your schedule as needed.
04What happens if an appointment is cancelled?
Let us know in good time and no cancellation fee will apply. Last-minute cancellations are not a problem either — we will work out a solution together.
05How quickly can recurring transport begin?
After we receive your enquiry, we will get back to you within one business day. Once the transport prescription is in place and health insurer approval has been granted, we can start within a few days.
